Yes!. we might need to conduct few workshop to make them understand. I would also suggest to have rally!.. with posters requesting people to control speed and follow basic traffic rules & discipline .
Conducting mock interview among students might be effective. We can speak to employees from our town who are in HR field and schedule mock interview programs.

Assalamualaikum! I want to give some suggestions. Many peoples in visharam are not aware of vserv . They don't know that there is someone who can help them. To make people aware of vserv we can follow any of these methods: 1. Make a banner or poster of vserv. 2. Make a video of vserv (what is vserv? How it works?)and viral it through social networks. 3. At least make a photo of vserv(what is vserv? Objectives of vserv?etc.,) and viral it through social networks (whatsapp, facebook,etc)
